Exploring with Peter Jenkins

Your book on tape will be autographed to whomever you wish. This is my first book on tape and is 12 hours and 38 minutes long. There are eight 90-minute cassette tapes, professionally produced in a recording studio in Nashville using sounds effects from Alaska I recorded for a series of radio pieces I did for Alaska Public Radio. Also, there are voice excerpts of some of the major characters from the book that add much to the listening experience. Read by me. Our daughter, Rebekah, reads the portion of the book she wrote and Rita Jenkins is our talented announcer. Listeners love this book-on-tape, can be listened to by the whole family. One mother and her two grammar school age daughters began listening and the daughters got so into it they swore off their usually music stations. Many who have read the book said it was a different and vivid and even better experience than reading the book. Many are buying it for their relatives that can no longer see as well as they once could, many commuters are loving our adventure in Alaska as they travel to and from work or go on long trips.
